What we collect

• Your email address and a salted hash of your password.
• The text you submit and the audio we generate, kept for 30 days.
• A one-way hash of your IP address at signup and sign-in, used only to prevent abuse.
• At signup, your country (from your network) and your device type and browser family, used for abuse prevention and basic product statistics.
• Anonymous, cookie-free page statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (pages viewed, country, browser, device).
• Billing details, held by Stripe; we see your plan, invoices and the last digits of your card.
• Whether you agreed to marketing emails, with the date of that consent.

How we use it

To run the service, prevent abuse, process payments and answer support requests. We send marketing emails only if you opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell your data and we do not use your text or audio to train AI models.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting, AI inference, storage, email delivery and bot protection) and Stripe (payments) process data on our behalf.

Your choices

Turn marketing emails off in Account settings or via any unsubscribe link. To access or delete your data, email hello@audiohash.com from your account address.
