These terms govern your use of AudioHash at audiohash.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You need a verified email address. One free account per person. We may suspend accounts that create multiple free accounts, evade limits, or break these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not generate audio that impersonates a real person without their permission, or that is used to deceive, defraud or harass anyone.
• Do not generate illegal content, hate speech, threats, or content that sexualises minors.
• Do not use AudioHash for robocalls or unsolicited automated messages that break the law where they are received.
• Do not try to break, overload or bypass our limits, security or billing.

Your content and usage rights

You keep rights to the text you submit. Audio generated on a paid plan, or with credit-pack minutes, may be used commercially. Audio generated on the Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use and includes a short spoken attribution. You are responsible for the text you submit and how you use the audio.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over; credit-pack minutes do not expire while your account is open. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD; taxes may apply.

Storage

Generated files are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

Availability and liability

AudioHash is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
