I didn't get my verification code
Check your spam or junk folder, then use Resend code on the verification screen. Codes expire after 15 minutes.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a reset code.
My audio has expired
Audio files are kept for 30 days. Download anything you want to keep.
Can I use the audio commercially?
Yes, for audio made on a paid plan or with credit-pack minutes. Free-plan audio is for personal use. See the Terms.
Delete my account or data
Email us from your account address and we'll take care of it.
